Genesis

PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Golconda was established in 1984 in a temporary building.
In 1993, the school moved to its own newly constructed premises within the campus of the 47 Infantry Brigade, Mehdipatnam.
The school has since developed into a three-section institution known for its consistent academic performance and holistic development programs.
